Wonderful Stay with Friendly Service

Had a fantastic experience! The staff greeted me with smiles every time I returned. The room was spotless, and I appreciated the comfy bedding. While breakfast had options, I found the turkey bacon a bit off-putting. Definitely try the fresh fruits for a healthier choice!

This hotel suits me perfectly with excellent internet access, free parking, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff guided me where I needed to go, which I still remember. Every time, Seph's friendliness made my stay even better!

I was very frustrated by the lack of towels and coffee supplies. After a long day managing home repairs, I had to go to the front desk multiple times to ask for basic necessities.

Room cleaning service only happens every three days, leaving you without fresh towels or coffee supplies when you need them. The pool area felt cramped and was in need of a thorough clean, making it less inviting for a quick dip. The TV setup didn't have regular channels, which was frustrating after a long day and wanted to unwind with some local shows. Plus, the hot breakfast wasn’t available during my stay, without any notice—an oversight for sure.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed visiting the Eagle Ridge Golf Club and the Manatee World Boat Tour – a must-do! The breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel was well-kept. Perfect spot for a group getaway.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Fort Myers for four nights with my family. The staff impressed me with their friendliness and helpfulness. I appreciated the complementary coffee and iced tea available 24/7. The freshly baked cookies at night were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Getting to local attractions was easy, as the location is convenient. However, there were a few bumps during my stay. I had booked a double room expecting a rollaway bed, but none were available. This led to one of my kids having to sleep on the floor. The staff didn’t seem apologetic about the mix-up either, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. Also, the bathroom did have a light that malfunctioned, turning off while I was taking a shower, which was inconvenient. Overall, I loved the stay despite a few hiccups. I would definitely return for the cleanliness and excellent staff.
